Who issues refunds
We do not sell Apollo AI, so we cannot issue refunds. The seller lists a 14-day money-back guarantee handled by BuyGoods.
How to ask
- Find your BuyGoods order email.
- Contact BuyGoods with the order number, date and amount.
- If that fails, ask your card issuer or PayPal for a chargeback.
